HUMANITARIAN AWARD
PURPOSE
The Humanitarian Award is intended to recognize those who have demonstrated service and advocacy for mental illness.
INSTRUCTIONS

Submit a statement or letter describing the the nominee's service and advocacy for mental illness.

Council will review all nominations and select a recipient.

The award will be presented by the President of the Society at the 68th Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California on May 17, 2013.

All applications must be submitted on-line.

Nominations submitted on-line before or on November 30, 2012 will be accepted.
