HUMANITARIAN AWARD
 
 
PURPOSE
 
The Humanitarian Award is intended to recognize those who have demonstrated service and advocacy for mental illness.  
 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Submit a statement or letter describing the the nominee's service and advocacy for mental illness. 
  2. Council will review all nominations and select a recipient. 
  3. The award will be presented by the President of the Society at the 68th Annual Meeting in San Francisco, California on May 17, 2013.
  4. All applications must be submitted on-line.
  5. Nominations submitted on-line before or on November 30, 2012 will be accepted.
